TSH
I treated w/iodine approx 22yrs ago, last 3yrs low TSH /test shows no thyroid Dr lowered synthroid from 100 to 50 mg.
very tired..depressed etc. current thyroglobulin,Qn <0.5 L antithyro Ab <20 IUmL TSH 0.184, T4 1.35, T3 128. On 88 levothroxine past yr & Dr. now chg'd to 75. Sound correct? I am 70 & started taking mo. ago Cardio Omega 3 2xd, Calcium & D 500 mg 2xd, B-12 250mcg & B-6 100mcg 1xd & feel better. The TSH has gone lower over these last 3yrs!

Do you know what the lab ranges are for the T4 and T3?
Do you know if they are Free T tests?

Either I am exhausted today already - or I am not comprehending exactly what you are saying --
You treated "yourself with iodine 22 yrs ago?
I see you have a low TSH reading since dated back 3 yrs right?
You are now at a TSH value of 0.184 with the T4 and T3 testing right.
If so then I would suppose your doctor would lower your dosage of Levothroxine due to a low TSH not being in the normal values.
MAybe consider seeking actual blood work on the B testing to see if you are having issues.
Your doctor may see that and want to try alternative Vit B treatment.
