I was told not to eat or drink for an hour after taking my medication. The info sheet that came with the drug does say not to eat for 30-60 minutes. My question is about coffee with NO cream & sugar. Do I have to wait 30-60 minutes to drink that. It is what I crave when I wake up. The food can wait!
Thanks for the replies. I will try the google search you suggest goolarra. It has been about 2 weeks now and most of the time I am okay waiting for my coffee, but there are days.
I am taking my calcium in the afternoon, and my tricor, prempro, and multi vitamin after supper.
Can I have the coffee after 30 minutes or should I wait the full 60 like I do with the food and my other morning pills.
I love my coffee with liberal doses of milk and sugar. Since I have to lay off the calcium with the synthroid...I have nearly completely given up my coffee. Yes, life is a sadder existance without it....still looking for a good replacement.
