Temp rise and palpitations

Hey all, just wondering if anyone else has this kind of symptom? I notice that right before I get heart palpitations I get a real flush of rise in temperature in my body. I feel totally hot as if I am burning from the inside out. Then the heart palpitations go ka-BOOOOM! I notice the feel of the heat varies to the strength of the palpitations too.
In my case I have had to increase my meds to 114.3mcgs whilst I am here on holiday in USA. My Free T3's are always low and getting lower but ran out of time to get a doctor to prescribe me any back home. So I knew I would get the heart palpitations on the slightly higher dose, so that is not the issue!!!! Just wondering if anyone who does have heart palps get the feel of being a human incinerator right before them.

I get them with "Hot Flashes" due to my female hormones.....are you perimenopausal or full blown menopause.
It honestly sounds like full blown Hot Flashes! :)
Look up menopausal symptoms and read up on it. Palps....hot flashes (like a furnace)....clamminess....etc.  There are at least 38 known symptoms!

No Laura I am not even peri-menopausal. Has that test done not long ago. I know it is related to my meds being higher. I don't get them as often when I am on the lower dose.

I totally get the same way it's terrible. That's how mine start, It's anxiety as well...!!! I just had a baby... July 09 and every since my thryoid levels have been horrible. I just got my results yesterday and my TSH was 0.089 which is very low, so they just lowerd my dose to 88 mcgs. But yes I totally understand how you feel, it happen to me the other day I was in the store, I was standing in the aisle looking at soups and I felt this very hot feeling start from my head all the way down to my feet, then I started feeling sick, and anxious... then my heart starting pounding it got so bad my mom was about to call the ambulance because my heart was beating extremly fast and I felt like I was having a heart attack or something, but I just sat down and tried to stay calm and it went away. I also get numbness on my left side it's terrible. my doc said it's all from the thyroid being out of wack. It's crazy. I'm only 28 and it's terrible feeling like this...!!! I hate having this stupid thyroid problem. I'm hypo what are you?
