Could you please explain my test results. and offer suggestions for any foods or natural remedies or supplements that might be helpful to me with these test results?
My scores are as follows:
TSH 3rd generation w/reflex to FT4         8.16mIU/L

T4, free   1.0 ng/dl

You are Hypo and need a T4 medication.
Withone one, you will get worse and end up going through hypo he// and not be able to function properly.
Catch the TSH now while it isnt too high.

I wouldnt suggest any natural remedies alone , when it comes to the thyroid.
