Are the T3 and T4 results for Free or Total? If your lab report doesn't specify "Free", the result will be total, which is considered obsolete and of little value. Also, what are the reference ranges. Ranges vary lab to lab, so must come from your own report.
Free T3 and Free T4 are much more important than TSH, since they are the actual thyroid hormones, which TSH is a pituitary hormone.
Are you currently on a thyroid replacement medication? If so, which med, what dosage and for how long have you been on it?
Do you have any symptoms of thyroid issues?
That's actually a good result. My thyroid levels are almost the same as you I was at 0.68
