Thyroglobulin AB Results High

I recently had blood work done and my Thyroglobulin AB came back at 506.  Levels are to be 0.  My TSH was within normal range.  My B-12 was 1045, also elevated a bit.  I have been have heart palpitations, achy arms and legs, and anixety/panic attacks.  I cannot see my doctor until next week and I am concerned with such high level of Thyroglobulin.  Has anyone had higher levels?  Should I be concerned?

Your elevated TgAb indicates that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which will, most likely lead to hypothyroidism, if it hasn't already, even though your TSH is "in range".  Did you also have Free T3 and Free T4 levels tested?  Those are the actual thyroid hormones and are much more important than TSH in the overall picture...

Ranges vary for vitamin B-12 and many go higher than your 1045, so you aren't really elevated there.  That's nothing to worry about.

Your symptoms are those often associated with hypothyroidism.  If you've had tests for Free T3 and Free T4, please post the results and reference ranges, so we can better assess your testing and give a better idea of what's happening.

We often see TgAb in the thousands, so no, there's nothing to be concerned about.  The antibody level, itself is of no real concern.
