Thyroid - Anti TPO

Hi Gimel, Hope you are doing well,  back again as promised 

Please refer below new test reports which I took last week and as you advised me to undergo this test a month back (TPO & TG) & even doctor have suggested me this time ANTI-TPO & TFT test, but not TG.Here are my new test report and luckily my TSH is in normal range now  but now got mess with ANTI-TPO test, as my ANTI-TPO is not in normal range

T3 – 0.95 (reference range is 0.80 -1.80)
T4 - 5.20  (reference range is 4.5 -11.5)
TSH -4.85 (reference range is 0.40 -5.50)

ANTI-TPO:
Sample:Serum
Method: BY FULLY AUTOMATED CHEMILUMINESCIENCE SYSTEM)
Test: Anti Microsomal Antibody (ANTI-TPO)
Observed Value :70.1  IU/ML ( Reference range is 00-35 IU/ML)

*As per my research & knowledge, Hashis’s is Autoimmune disorder which attack thyroid from normal functioning.

Could you please let me know more about this and confirm me if I have got Hashi’s disease? Is there any serious complication here? Is this treatable ? Is this life long? Do I need to take medicine for lifelong(but my TSH is normal now)? Is there any possibility for other health complication I might get like diabetes, Thyroid cancer etc? please provide me all the related information.

                          ………..As a patient- Knowledge is Power……….

Regards,
Prashwin

may i ask the difference between too and "anti-tpo"?  or is it the same?

also was the t3  "free t3"   or "total t3"
also was the t4 '' free t4"  or total ?

TSH is a little high, by new standards it would be out of range.  but Gimel is the expert.

its Anti Microsomal Antibody (ANTI-TPO) and Observed Value :70.1  IU/ML ( Reference range is 00-35 IU/ML)

Its just T3 & T4 and i had Free T3 & Free T4 last month and that was normal as well.

My TSH is 4.85 (reference range is 0.40 -5.50)  and 1 month back my TSH was 9.60, I have taken Thyronorm 25 and did some yoga for thyroid which had helped me in bringing back my TSH i guess.

Gimel, have checked my previous month report. Gimel Would you please provide me more information please.

Regards,
Prashwin

I have posted below yesterday and i wonder this is missing. Could you please help

Many Thanks for the information Gimel. This is really dam helpful. Yes i will keep a note of that which you told me above and will ask the doctorin next consultation and will post my new test results once it is done.
I have got one more follow up query on this "With Hashi's the autoimmune system produces antibodies that attack the thyroid gland until, over an extended period, the gland is destroyed", I knew about this fact already, as i studied in various other source as well but wanted to ask you is there any cases in past where this has been cured successfully, any kind of miracle cases where autoimmune system stopped attacking thyroid gland in future(based on thyroid medicine or any other drug).Because its quite sad that our own Autoimmune system is becoming enemy here and producing antibodies against thyroid gland to destroy that by thinking that its “foreign tissue”, So Is there any way to compromise with my autoimmune system :):), so that it should not attack my thyroid gland and instead it should protect it, as ususaly autoimmune system is known for.
