Thyroid

Are thyroid problems hereditary? I’m 37 and I have been having problems with feeling like crap for the past 3 months I have been in the hospital for, four day. I have lab after labs done I keep asking them to really check into my thyroid. Here are some of my symptoms  
I’m tired all the time even after 8-9 hours of sleep.
I’m fatigued all the time, depressed moody.
Constipated
My vision is blurry some of the time
I have mussel / joint pain w/burning sometimes
I can NOT lose any weight / not sure that I’m gaining but I know that I have been trying to lose
My periods are out of control. So bad that I asked my gyn for an ablation so the bleeding would slow down
Swelling of the hands and feet.

Some hypothyroidism can be hereditary.  Please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report so that we can better assess your status.
