Yes, I thought was weird that he said that, he left the room and came back in and said TSH was elevated. I asked then why didn't she put me on them back in May. He said he did not know. So I believe that he looked at them. I went to the pharmacy and picked up the meds no med for thyroid. I then called the office about the thyroid med, it was about 4:30 pm so they did not return the call. This is like the 5th appointment with this clinic. I have kind of decided that if they igorne this and will not give me the number of current labs, I think I will get a second opinion after doing some more research.
Didn't your new doctor suggest a refill? Sounds a bit sloppy but he assumed you were on thyroid meds right?
How did he come to that thought? Does he have reference to that lab where your TSH is elevated over a 5 ?
Could he be reviewing that lab?
scarey about the refill - doesn't he (or the nurse) go over your meds at each visit?
