Thyroid Ab Titre and miscarriage

Does anyone know what does the antibody titre has to be before you are classed as being positive for thyroid antibodies?
Are there dangerously high levels or is it just a case of if you are positive you are positive regardless of your titre.
I just wondered if there is a link with a high level of antibodies and miscarriage. If there is does anyone know how many weeks you would miscarry? I miscarried between the 8th and 9th week.

Thankyou all for your advice

Thanks to your info, I have no idea about thyroid antibodies. No one ever told me that even I have had 3 miscarriages in a row. All were about 9-11 weeks. Now I have a reason for my miscarriages. I have been wondered all the time in the last 10 years now. Thanks again.

From my understanding antibodies only need to be positive, that is, present.

Positive thyroid antibodies, even in the presence of normal thyroid function, increase the risk of miscarriage two or three times, even in spontaneous pregnancies.
Women who test positive for thyroid antibodies prior to receiving fertility treatment may be at an increased risk for miscarriage. Thyroid antibodies have been associated with first trimester miscarriages.

Here is a little home work for you - hope it helps.
