Thyroid Cyst/Acid Reflux

Has anyyone experienced reflux problems related to thyroid cyst?  I have had pain in my neck, front and back, spasms where thyroid is.  I am thinking that this is causing possible reflux problems.  I do not have a thyroid function problem according to all  my blood work.

I think that with a thyroid nodule or cyst, you tend to swallow more and tend to try to burp more to alleviate that weird pressure feeling in your throat.  I think both of these things cab lead to acid reflux / indigestion.
