To: Did I list it properly?
Did I list the information properly this time?  I am new to the issue of thyroidism, so I am not sure what all the results and standards mean.  Is it good to be low in some areas and not in others?  I see I am within normal in some areas, but then I see something like the TPO AB and don't know how to interpret the difference.  Thanks for looking.

My doctor noticed puffiness in my neck and ordered an ultrasound.  The ultrasound showed a goiter.  It's not too big at this point, and because I have been dealing with insomnia for a few years, my doctor did not want to worsen insomnia by putting me on any thyroid medication.  He thought it might worsen the insomnia.

Even when I do get enough rest, I am tired, easily irritable, and I've gained about 15 pounds in the past year.

Both of my parents have thyroid problems.
