Thyroid Problems

I have a non-fasting blood test and these are the results.  T-3 uptake 28 , T-4, TOTAL 4.2  , fREE t4 INDEX (T7)  1.2
tsh, 3rd generation  (refl)   37.99 what does this mean am I hypothroid or hyperthroid or just normal?

Hi Margie.... a TSH of 37.99 shows hypothyroidism. You should also have a Free T3 and Free T4 done at the same time. The total t4 and t3 uptake are outdated tests. You have on there free t4 index T7??? Did the lab sheet say this or free T4 maybe?
Did your dr run any other tests and did you get put on meds yet?
I am wondering how fatigued and bad you feel with your tsh level being what it is? What are you other symptoms?
