Thyroid Question

Hello,
I have been feeling fatigued for months now, along with bloating and feeling of fullness when I eat, the back of my throat hurts when I swallow and I have a small lump on the right side of my neck.  I have been to a gastroenteroligist who started me on Prilosec (no relief), an abdominal ultrasound (normal) and finally my thyroid tested.  The results were TSH 2.85 and the Free T-4 was 0.95, which they sent me the results saying normal.  Is this normal? Should I do more thyroid testing?  I just would really like to feel well again and not so fatigued. I feel like my doctor is not taking me seriously. I am 50 years old. Thanks for any help!

Your levels are normal - count your blessings.

More test at this time with normal levels would be fruitless, thyroid wise.

Did you check with your obgyn about the bloating and feeling of fullness, these are signs of other serious heath conditions.

I think even people with no illness have fatigue, its the American way.  Busy and stressed.
