Thyroid Tests, Fasting or Not

Ok so my primary care doctor ordered the following tests.
TSH .56
Free T4 .78
TT3 1.12

Should I have been fasting since the Endo I have an appointment at says I need to fast when I come in?

Can I assume these results are accurate even though I did not fast?

Does anyone know if these results would be considered normal or abnormal?

Thanks

Thanks for telling us that bit about the TSH. I always wondered whether eating had any effect, because even though mine keeps changing from month to month, I always notice more of a change when I haven't eaten, but thought it must be just coincidence.

The elevated TPO ans TG antibodies along with thyroid swelling that shows as 'Swiss cheese" on the ultresound are present in most Hashimoto's patients;
the TSH tends to be higher while patient is fasting.
