Thyroid Tests say one thing Symptoms say and show another please help me

I've had RAI treatment in 2011 taking .Have been taking .075 Levothyroxine since. I'm 55 and in the past 7 months I've gained 25 pounds where I've always been a steady 132-134 weight. Hair lose, hands and feet cold to totally numb, dry mouth, can't sleep, anxiety, tired, no energy, water retention, all my joints ache. FINALLY HAD THYROID TESTS done and going to see Endo Dr. on the 14th of Sept.  My regular dr. said I was Hyper by my TSH. Doesn't make sense.

Here are my test Levels
Thyroxine (T4)              6.1        in range                  ref. 4.5-12.5 ug/dl                Lab PAZ
T3 Total                       66 L      out of Range                 80-200 ng/dl
TSH, High Sensitivity    0.15 L   out of Range                 0.45-4.50 mU/L
T3 Free Non-Dialysis    1.9 L     out of Range                 2.0-4.8 pg/mL
T4 Free Non-Dialysis    1.1        In Range                      0.8-1.7 ng/dL
Microsomal TPO Antibody     <10        In Range             <=34 IU/ml
Thyroxine Binding Globulin      18.3     In Range             13.5-30.9 mcg/ml
To convert to nmol/L, multiply the result by 18.5

This is all Greek to me and no one is explaining it and I'm afraid I'm not going to get the right results to get me back to normal.  Can you please explain this a bit to me.  I've always been active and I feel lousy and I'm afraid that they'll just look at numbers and not symptoms.  What do I say, I want to go in being able to understand what it is I actually need to do.  I do NOT have any symptoms of Hyper. Thy. which I've had in the past and know all to well which is why they had to give me RAI before I had my back operated on.

Your Free T4 is not horrible but ought to be a bit higher.

Your Free T3 which is the ONLY thing your body uses at the cellular level is BELOW range.

The "rule of thumb" for most people to feel well is to have BOTH of the following:

1) Free T4 to be 50% of the range.  You are currently at only 33.3% if the range.

AMD

2) Free T3 to be between 50% and 67% of the range.  Most people to feel well tend to need it closer to the 67% of the range.  As mentioned above, your ACTUALLY BELOW the bottom of the range.  Clearly functionally Hypo at the cellular level!

Because there is not enough Free T3 in your blood, at the cellular level, you are HYPO. (low thyroid).  And ALL of your symptoms are consistent with being HYPO.

Your TSH is out of line. Which is evidence that you can disregard this useless test.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that tells your thyroid to produce more or less thyroid hormone.

The FACT that your thyroid should have been obliterated by the RAI, means that there is no thyroid production. So why would TSH be all that important to monitor?  It is an indication, but symptoms are FAR more important than the silly TSH.

75 mcg of Levvo is a extremely small amount of thyroid replacement for a person who has no thyroid gland production.  Which would also indicate the odds being you are Hypo.  and your symptoms PROVE you are Hypo as well.  So at least 3 general things would suggest you are hypo, and only TSH that says you are not. The preponderance of the evidence is pretty clear.  At least in my opinion.
