Thyroid U/S and FNA Results
Need advice on the following results...........what do they mean and what should be done???

U/S Results...
10.6mm by 5.5mm by 13mm hypoechoic regular hyper vascular no calcifications
11.9mm by 9.3mm by 12.9mm hypoechoic hypo vascular regular no calcifications

FNA Results were........

Shows numerous sheets and clusters of cytologically bland follicular epithelial cells demonstrating modest anisonucleosis and occasional Hurthle cell change in a background of abundant coloid and small numbers of foamy macrophages.
