Thyroid disorder with triplet pregnancy (6 weeks)

Dear Doctor,

My wife is pregnant with triplets. Her last menstruation was on 18th April 2009. We have done her thyroid test on 1st June 09 and the reports are as follows:
T3 = 125 ng/dL
T4 = 3.86 ug/dL
TSH = 91.25 uIU/mL

My questions are...
1) Will there be any risk or abnormality to my wife and child?
2) If we go for embryo reduction of 1 or 2 out of 3, then what are the risks?
3) What is the best way to control hypothyroid considering the pregnancy?
4) She is taking Thyroxine 100mg will it affect her or child?
5) Do you suggest any doctor in Mumbai (India)?

Thanks in advance for your support and answers.

Regards,
Kumar.
