In the future it would be far better if you could get tested for Free T4 and Free T3 rather than Total T4 and Total T3. The difference is that Total is a measure of the total amount in your blood. Most of that is bound to protein and thus biologically inactive. Only the small portion not bound to protein is active, so it is a better test.
If we assumed that your Free T4 and Free T3 were in the same position within their ranges, then those levels frequently are reflective of being hypothyroid, since they are both in the lower half of the range. Even though TSH is only a fair indicator of thyroid status, your TSH is above the range and therefore another indicator of the possibility of being hypothyroid. The best indicator is symptoms. What, if any, symptoms do you have? Also, what has your doctor said about these results?
Your MCHC result is below range, which might be related to low iron. Hypo patients are often low in ferritin (iron). To confirm you should ask for a full iron test panel, including Ferritin, % serum iron, TIBC, and %saturation. I would also suggest a Vitamin D test.
I am not so familiar with the ionized calcium test, but the fact that it is above range makes me wonder if you have been tested for that previously. If so, please post results.
As you know it is important to address your potential thyroid issue before trying to conceive. So, you need to get these additional tests done soon, and determine treatment.
