subclinical hypothyroidism which means your thyroid is still producing thyroid hormones not fully shut down. so need some support by giving synthetic thyroxine in low dose (just the same thing which thyroid producing).
Reference ("normal") ranges vary from lab to lab, so they are somewhere on your lab report, usually in parentheses. FT4 reference range should be something like (0.8-1.8).
I'm guessing that your FT3 and FT4 are all within range, but they are too low in the range. Thyroid test reference ranges are very flawed, so if you fall in the lower half of the FT3 and/or FT4 ranges, you are most likely hypo.
Many years ago, AACE recommended that TSH range be changed to 0.3-3.0. However, most labs and doctors have not adopted this "new" and much more reasonable range. Your TSH is over 3.0, and this also indicates hypo.
If you don't have hard copy of your lab report, you can call your doctor or the lab to find out.
Just scanning them, it looks like you are hypo, but if you can provide reference ranges from your own lab report for the FT3 and FT4, I can be more specific.
