Oh, and (yep I have brain fog too)..add in a daily or weekly weigh in. I do daily because as my family says I'm "anal" aka obsessive.
I suggest keeping a journal on ~everything~ you are eating or drinking, put the calories also (calorieking.com is what I use), get a heart rate monitor (if you can afford one..I have a Polar) to keep ~your~ (per your height/weight/etc) calories burned/time exercising...and of course jot down your symptoms..daily.
I call this my "Dear Endo Diary" ,lol. I suggest this because, as many of us hypos can tell you, it is ~extremely~ hard to loose weight being hypo without our levels correct; and this will show your doctor what you have been doing, and that it's ~not~ just the "you need to eat less, exercise more".
