Even though her Free T4 is adequate, her Free T3 is almost below range, which is far too low.  From those results it is evident her body is not adequately converting T4 to T3.  T3 is the thyroid hormone metabolized by all the cells of the body to produce needed energy.   Some of the variables that affect conversion of T4 to T3 are ferritin (iron), selenium, zinc and iodine.  Cortisol, Vitamin D and B12 are also important.  She should try to get tested for all of those, so she can find out what needs to be done for her.  She should not have to just live with how she is feeling, just because her Free T3 is barely in range.  If it were me I would push the doctor as hard as necessary to get those tests done as the next step.

Your grandma's Free T4 result is adequate.  Her Free T3 is lower than needed by many people, which can lead to symptoms.  Has she been previously diagnosed as hypothyroid?  If so, is she taking any thyroid med?  Please tall us about any symptoms she has.

She was so weak few week, blood works ar fine,
She's got heart holter result and shes takin medicine for it,
But she still fill weak, and dry mouths, weak in mussels,
I didnt sent her result to doctor,
Bc in our country if results are in range , you dont get any other blood work or test
