Thyroids Resport

Hi,
Recently i have done with the thyroid test and below is the test report.could you please suggest me what it does mean and should i have to take further medical consultant or it is in normal state.

TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) C.L.I.A    128 ng/dl  
TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C.L.I.A                   10.8 µg/dl
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH)   4.79 µIU/ml
Comments :
Please correlate with clinical conditions.

Vishal... We need the reference ranges for T3 and T4, as ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  

Do you have symptoms of a thyroid condition?  It would have been better if your doctor had ordered Free T3 and Free T4, as Total T3 and Total T4 are considered obsolete and not very useful, but those will get us started once we have the reference ranges.
