Thyroid nodules are a good indication of further thyroid issues, either currently present or soon to show up. It's not the least unusual for symptoms to be present, before labs indicate an issue, particularly, if Hashimoto's is present.
Doctors are not infallible and often do not rely enough on symptoms.
How do you come to know that your thyroid causing health problem? Have you check your thyroid level? Do you have any symptoms of hypothyroidism?
What blood tests have you had done to test your thyroid? You should have had Free T3, Free T4 and TSH for sure, along with thyroid antibody tests to determine whether or not you have Hashimoto's.
Please post whatever thyroid test results you have and be sure to include reference ranges, as those vary lab to lab and must come from your own report.
Thyroid nodules are very common and are usually nothing to worry about.
Since this is a thyroid forum, I'm unable to comment on the abdominal nodules because I don't know what would cause them.
Do you have symptoms of hypothyroidism? If so, which ones?
I have small nodules on my thyroid and abdomen but there to small for surgery. I was on synthroids 0.75, now i'm on 0.50. I'm having a colonoscopy friday to see what causing the swelling and pain. I've had a ct scan, ultra sound, x-ray blood work. I saw an ear nose and throat dr., a hernia dr., A GI doctor, A liver specialist and no one can give me answers
I'm in pain daily and if I stand too long just washing the dishes my abdoman swell, That's why I pay for Health insurance so if something happen to me I can get the best care, So I thought. Maybe you can take my pain and swelling for one day and see if you would feel the same.

I think your doctor knows better about your disease. As you already checked with 5 specialists and all of them have same answer then why not you follow doctor's instruction.
I would recommend writing a long letter and asking for a response. They seem like they don't have time to listen when you are in front of them. Keep forcing them to listen. If they don't I would recommend calling the Administration office and informing them that they are not answering or helping you. Good luck. I agree - they are overated :)
