Tremors, vibrations, vertigo, hair loss, tingling hands, legs, arms

Hi, i recently had a bad bout of vertigo where I felt as if I was falling forward and was very unbalanced. It lasted for 2 weeks. I was also walking to the left. Doctor ordered urgent CAT scan which was clear. Now have tingling arms, legs, hands, and now I am having some hair loss. I am 71 years of age. Had right hand tremor for many years and treated with beta blockers but this is all new stuff happening now and quite distressing. Any ideas?
