Your TSH is way too high, indicating that you have hypothyroidism.
We need to know the reference ranges for the T3 and T4 as those vary lab to lab; however, I'm sorry to tell you that that testing for Total T3 and Total T4 is considered obsolete and of little value. You need to be tested for FREE T3 and FREE T4.

My thyroid test report gives the following readings. Please let me know whether its bad / good...
Thyroid Report Result
T3 (Total) : Result - 1.30 ng/ml
T4 (Total) : Result - 5.06 ug/dl
TSH (Ultrasensitive) ; 22.47 uIU/ml
(CLIA)
Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid issue? Are you on thyroid med of any kind?
I agree with Deb -- what are your Free T4 and Free T3? Have you had antibody tests done?
My TSH is much lower than yours, but I don't look at it because I know my FT3 and FT4 are good.
If you've had FT3 and FT4 tests done, please post the results, along with the lab's reference ranges. Also post results for any antibody tests.
What is your Free T4 and Free T3?
Usually I would say you are Hyperthyroid and that your FT3 & FT4 would be high.
Correct?
