Ultrasound of thyroid nodule

Hello, so I had an ultrasound of my thyroid today.  And while the ultrasound tech could not provide me with the information-I did notice something on the ultrasound..  When she checked blood flow, it seemed to be a circle, and there was red around both nodules but not in them..  Does this indicate anything?  Ie.) less chance of being thyroid cancer?

The first one is small.
Solid nodules of this size with INTERNAL blood flow are evalauted with biopsy, however the fluid-filled cysts are aspirated when they are about 1.5 2 cm.

I'm not sure on the size of the second one, but the first one is 11x9MM.

Yes it indicates no blood flow in the nodules which are most likely simple colloid cysts.
Nodules like this are benign in 99%. How big are these cysts?
