I'm not great at reading ultra sounds, but if you have the report, I'm sure your doctor does too.

From the "impression", your nodules are all small and most likely nothing to worry about.

Many of us have nodules on our thyroid gland and nothing needs to be done about them.  Most thyroid nodules are not cancerous.  My doctor doesn't contact me about u/s either if there's nothing significant about it.  Of course, if you don't hear from the doctor in a reasonable amount of time, you should contact him.

Have you had thyroid blood work done?  Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid disease?  If so, what?  If you've had blood work done, please post the tests done, along with the results and their reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab, so must come from your own report.

Do you have symptoms of a thyroid disease?  If so, what.

When did you have the US? Sometimes the reports take a few days to get to the doctor, then they have to have the time to read them.
If it has been more than a week, I'd be calling the doc to find out.
