Update on Hypothyroidism with lab results
This is a continuation of my last post if you seen it. If you haven't seen it, basically I've been battling symptoms of hypothyroidism such as dry skin, ed, low libido, cold intolerance, and all the other nasty of symptoms of hypothyroidism. Here are my recent results with T3 included:

TSH 7.76  0.50-4.30
T4(Total) 5.4   4.5-12.0
T4(free) 1.1     0.9-1.4
T3(free) 2.4    2.9-4.6
T3(total) 55     76-181

I would gladly appreciate any help very much. Thank you

What meds are you on?

Your FT4 is a little on the low side, which would indicate you need an increase.  However, your FT3 is way below range, indicating that you also need to add some T3 (Cytomel or generics) to your meds.

Since your high TSH reflects your low FT3 and FT4, your doctor should be agreeable to increasing your meds.
