Weight Gain, Sleepiness, Depression...

I've been experiencing these symptoms for quite a while now and have always worried about the chances of having some sort of hypothyroidism.
I just got my tests results back and this is what they gave me:

TSH -             0.69 µUI/mL           reference range- 0.34 - 5.60
Free T4         0.73 ng/dL             0.58- 1.64
Free T3         2.68 pg/mL             2.40-6.80

I noticed that my Free T3 is barely within the normal range...I still have to check my thyroid antibodies, which I will find out the results next week...but I'm really worried about my T3...is it possible to have some sort of hypothyroidism with these results? If my antibodies come back positive, does it mean I have hashimoto's? and if my antibodies come in negative, can I still be suffering from these symptoms as a result of my Free T3 being this low??? and if so can I have some medication to make me feel better?

Sorry for all the questions, and than you in advance.

You should look at everything as a possibility - it may unlock the reasons your family has these issues.

also I have constipation, but that's something I've suffered from my whole life, and its hereditary (my dad suffers from chronic constipation and dry skin as well, so do I) so I'm not considering it a symptom...

well mainly my symptoms are the ones I listed on my topic. Modest weight gain, of about a pound a week, depression, sometimes anxiety, and tiredness, despite sleeping well.

Im really concerned about the T3 being on the low-normal range...I know hashimoto's can be present with normal TSH labs so hence my worry still. The rest if ok, as it seems...but I wonder if I could still be hypo with those results, mainly because of the T3...

If your Free T3 is abnornal or low - sure you can have hypothyroid symptoms.

If you soley look at your TSH - most likely many thyroid patients would feel very well around there.

Your Free's are very important to track.

Hashimoto - in many cases can be present with nornal TSH labs and that makes it almost twice as hard to get someone to treat you. I suppose waiting for the lab to come back is necessary to understand if you are autoimmune or not.

What symptoms are your having?

If your TH is 0.69 I would say that is normal OR for you would make you HYPERTHYROID not hypothyroid.

I may be wrong though,

I am only just learning myself, my TH was 5.2 when I was diagnosed Hypothyroid and am aiming to get my TH down to 0.5 to 1.0 in the hope I will feel better.

Good luck. xx
