Weight lose

I got my thyroid removed last august and i have been trying to lose weight but i am having a problem with that. What can i do to lose weight successfully?

We usually see inability to lose weight in thyroid patients, when the level of their thyroid hormones is inadequate.

Do you have recent labs that you can post for us, so we can assess your testing/treatment? Please be sure to include reference ranges, as these vary lab to lab and must come from your own report.

i dont have a thyroid anymore. I take 137 mg and i was checked a few days ago and they said that my level is 1 where it is suppose to be.
