One possibility that you should check out is whether your body is converting the T4 med to T3 adequately.  Free T3 is the active thyroid hormone that largely regulates metabolism and many other body functions.  A test for FT3 will reveal if conversion is adequate.  If you have been tested for FT3, please post result and reference range.  In fact, it would be helpful for us if you will post all your thyroid test results and their reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Frequently members report that while taking significant dosages of T4 meds that their FT3 level remains in the lower part of its reference range and is inadequate to relieve hypo symptoms.

0.15 mcg?
Thats a very small dose or did you mean 150mcg?
Can you post some of your history and recent labs so others can give you some advice?
This would help immensely.
