I have been to my endo recently and I have gained 4 kilos since I have been last (3 months) and my mom is really starting to worry that I will get in bad health in the long run if I continue. What should I do about it? I dance 2x a week (3 hours a week), I'm in college and try to make healthy options.

Your labs indicate that you're actually hypo, since both your Free T4 and Free T3 are low in their ranges.  Your Free T4 is at only 40% of range and it should be mid range (50%).  Your Free T3 is really dismal at only 3% of its range and it should be in the upper half to upper third of its range.

What were your FT4 and FT3 levels just prior to beginning the methimazole again?  What symptoms did you have?

I'm sorry, I know posted another thread on the forum, previously, but I don't remember if you're on a thyroid hormone medication, or other details surrounding your situation.  Could you please refresh us as your circumstances, as it's impossible to simply pick a choice from your survey without knowing the details?

Things we'd need to know are:
1) Have you been diagnosed with hypothyroidism?
2) Are you currently taking a replacement thyroid hormone medication?
3) If so, what medication, dosage and for how long?
4) Have you been diagnosed with Hashimoto's?
5) Please post your current thyroid hormone levels, with reference ranges.
6) What has your doctor done to help you?

If you have a diagnosed thyroid condition and take replacement medication, chances are, your levels are not optimized and you may need an adjustment in medication.

I actually have Graves. I have relapsed 5 months ago and have been taking 5mg of methimazole since. The recent labs that I have gotten done (late February) are below and my doctor did not say much.

TSH 1.45 (0.47-3.41 mU/L)

T4 Free 13.1 (10.2-17.3 pmol/L)

T3 Free 3.42 (3.34-5.79 pmol/L)
