Well another TGIF at the PUB :)

Hopefully my pic will not be wiped off this weeks PUB  so..... it's Friday. I had to stop off at the spa before I came to the Pub. :) not really - but wouldn't that be nice!!!!!

First a congrats to ChitChatNine for becoming our CL on the board!! and to DLA also - she became a CL on another board and will be missed very much here. Hopefully her little flower will check in once in a while too :)

Bummer week here for me... (HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN ON A PAID VACATION) ?? ... but it was. How was everyone's Easter - any "inlaw" stories you want to share? What's spring like where you live right now? it is unbelieveable here in Wisconsin - still snow on the ground!! The record this year has exceeded 100' - Thank Gosh it took 5 months to fall.

I see many new (what do you call them AR--- "handles" ) screen names visiting us lately!! I hope all of you new members are getting the support you need to understand your current situation. Our Pub is designed to get to know and laugh at each other. It is a cyber bar. It may sound a bit goofy - but it has been alot of fun at times when everyone participates. (usually we chicks gang up on the guys a bit and give them a hard time!!!) but they handle it and the come backs are great :)

So --- for the newbie's this week - let's invite them in. Hopefully we will see some great personalities - but we always practice good behavior when we post.

AR is always generous in free drink specials.

By the way, IVs count as cocktails (**** tails - that's why the chickens like them).  See, you actually did have a straw - just in the form of a long tube going into your veins.  :-)

Sorry I missed the party. I asked the nurses to get me a straw for a frozen daiquari so I could toast from the hospital , but they must have been out. Next week I should be rarin' to go! See you then.

Well, I looks like the gang left before I got back.  DH's birthday so thought I'd better spend time with him after he got home.  

Well, anyway, I'm stay here in my recliner tonight cause I just don't feel like having to make it all the way home.  That gin is really relaxing.  

Utah, I'm with you, I thought the more they took out of me the smaller I'd get.  Guess that yoke was on us, huh?

The weather in Toronto?? Can you say the worst winter in history I believe.  Snow snow and more snow!!! Its disgusting.  We usually love winter, but NOT when it lasts 6 months!!!  Watch it be just perfect spring weather while I'm in the hospital for my thyroidectomy!!!

Hey yall, this PUB thing is pretty neat. Like I told Cheryl today,I don't drink, but I might just start!!!! I think I'll pull me a bar stool over by Dac (found out today,we have something in common) LOL....(inside joke) Anyways, when I was a young chicken(no pun intended) I did drink a few over on Harry Hines Ave. in Dallas. I remember spinning on my bar stool so fast, i got dizzy and fell off backwards. Hey, where are the pickled pig feet,you gotta have a jar of them....Does this Pub have dancing music? Heres some quarters Utah,get that juke-box arocking!!! Let's party till the lights go out!!!! I'll drink to that....another round on me!!!

Hey guys!!  I'm in such a fog that I couldn't count to see if there was a corner leftover for me.  Bad week here.  I held on to the prescription for Wellbutrin for a week thinking I could shake it, and broke down and got it filled tonight.  

So.......I'm taking my long island tea and heading for the corner.  I probably won't last long, but just wanted to stop in and say hi to all my buddies!!!
