could repost your results with the reference ranges? the results and ranges don't make sense to me.
I'm hoping someone who's better than I with hyper will chime in, so I'm giving you a bump.
It looks like Grave's disease to me, but your FT3 and FT4 don't look all that bad just yet. I'm assuming you transposed the ranges for FT3 and FT4.
Hi, my references ranges for:
FT3 is 9.0 - 19.0
FT4 is 2.63 - 5.70
I have hairloss, feeling tired, weakness, anxiety, sleep problems.
So, usually very healthy and active and then this shows up out of nowhere. My Dr has started me on 5mg of Tapazole (methimazole) once a day. It seems to have made me feel worse. I feel soo tired and also just a little dizzy and itchy.
the only way to tell for sure is to have an iodine uptake scan. low uptake is thyroiditis. normal to high uptake is graves. in most cases.
What are the reference ranges on your FT3 and FT4?
What are your symptoms?
