If I took a stab at them I would think you are storing your thyroid hormones and your Hashimoto antibodies are rearing up.
I think your doctor probably based alot on the TSH and that number is within the gold seal of being normal.
"Free" T3 and T4 are the free flowing thyroid hormones that are useful in the body and can detect thyroid function.
Free T4 converts to active Free T3 - Free T3 is the most active form of thyroid hormone.
