What does a TSH level of 0.06 and a FT4 of 20.1 and Free T3 of 5.6 mean?

My levels  should be
FT4: (9-19)
Tsh (0.4 - 4.0)
Free T3 (2.5 -6.0)

Hi, I was initially on 100mcg when I was in hospital then after a couple of weeks I was bumped up to 200mg/150mg taken on alternate days. I'm now wondering if I am taking too much. I know I was taking too much a couple of weeks back when I was in a cinema and my heart was racing. Some days I am ok, but some days everything is an effort. I can't seem to concentrate and I am feeling tired all the time.

I had my tt the same time you did and my doctor wants my tsh to almost 0.  I am on 100mcg of synthroid- I feel lousy- weak muscles, exhausted, etc.  I am going to have my blood checked Friday so I can hopefully increase my dose. My doctor isn't having t3 or ft4 checked.  HOw do you feel??  I too am worried about feeling "hyper".

Are you really 107 years old?

Anyway back to question.  I had TT 7 weeks ago for pap/follicular cancer and am wondering if the meds I take are too high (150mg). I will do another blood result  in   4 weeks. Should I be so hyper for another 4 weeks?..

Don't know what your thyroid history is and taking that into consideration, your Labs relates a little on the hyper side or  med. dose is too high. With the exception for post thyroid cancer. Some doctors keep TSH suppressed for certain cancers after surgery and RAI.
