Your TSH is low, and your free thyroxine (free T4 or FT4) is above range, so it looks like you are hyperthyroid. Your levels are not drastically off, but how do you feel? Do you have lots of hyper symptoms (unexplained weight changes, diarrhea, hand tremors, increase HR and/or BP, etc.)?
FT3 was not tested, and this is a very important piece of the puzzle. FT3 should be tested as soon as convenient. You might also request the TSI test. It's the definitive test for Graves'.
You might want to do some research on Graves' Disease.
Your doctor will discuss treatment options with you, which include anti-thyroid meds, surgery and RAI (radioactive iodine).
Meant to add, my results didn't show up as 'T3' and 'T4'but just as 'Free Thyroxine'. Were as follows -
TSH = 0.03 (Ref range 0.27 - 4.2 )
Free Thyroxine = 25.0 (Ref range 12.0 - 22.0 )
