What is wrong with me? headaches every single day

I am not sure who to talk to anymore, after visiting many specialists, changing doses, increasing T3, then increasing t4, reverse T3 up and  down I do not find relief. There is something wrong with me and have no clue.
The doctor who is treating me for my thyroid is a primary doctor, who saw my TSH at 2 and frees low in the range and agreed to treat me, that is why I have stayed with him. That was back in 2009. I never felt a total relief of my symptoms, but I got  more regular periods, less acne and sometimes better mood. My hair stopped falling when my frees where at the top of the range, but it has been falling again after all my dose changes.

The most serious problem started last July when at 2.7 grain of NT I started to have headaches every day, sinus infections and constipation.  I lost weight and I had irregular heart beat. My frees were between the low and middle range and my reverse a little high. My doctor does not know a lot of reverse T3 but agreed to increase t3 medicine and lower T4. My numbers were perfect, T3 in the upper range and T4 in the lower, reverse T3 was normal in range now, but I had lots of palpitations, loss of concentration, hair loss and lots of headaches still. He then decide to inverse treatment and increase T4 and decrease T3. Overall I feel better, but I continue to lose hair, constipated, palpitations are way better, however, headaches every day have not stopped, and sinus infections either.

Since my headaches, constipation, sinus infections, extreme post nasal drip started I have been to an allergist who tested me for allergies, only almonds and mold. I stopped the almonds, nothing, 35 foods were tested. Then to the GI, had an endoscopy, normal. Then to the GYN, did estrogen and progesterone test, normal. To  the ENT, normal.

I am really worry about having a headache every single day (on one side of the head), I cannot function, cannot go out, cannot study, nothing. I also have stuffy nose (one side worse than the other), extreme post nasal drip and constipation still. Call the allergist she said she does not want to test for more allergies, wants me to get allergy shots which I had before and did not work.

I know I have posted about this before, but please any thoughts? could be my thyroid? if so, why headaches don't go away despite the change in my numbers and doses? I thought about asking for a referral to see an endocrinologist, not sure if this would help me. I have spent a lot of $ trying to find out what is wrong with me since last July. any input will be appreciated. I can post numbers if you need to, I did not want to extend more this post. Thanks!!

Thanks. I might ask for a MIR to my doctor. When everything started back in July my primary did not want to do a ct scan because I had already had about 8 of them and one MRI before and he said it was to much radiation. Let's see what this other doctor says. My other doctor left the practice. I am glad it worked out well for your son. I was also taking antibiotics but only for a few days. Thanks!

Have you had an MRI ? My son was diagnosed with migranes & treated for them, but he kept getting headaches everyday...

I told my PCP to ease my mind & do an MRI, he did. That afternoon I got a call from the doctor an hour after his MRI & he said figured out his problem...It turns out his sinuses were severley inflammed and pushing into his brain cavity. They immediately put him on two different 30 day antibiotics. It helped...It was a bad sinus infection, but you could not tell because he was not draining out.

He had been on antibitoics when the headaches started thinking maybe it was a mild sinus infection. He would get better, but after the antibiotics the headaches kept coming back. He was taking advil like candy. Then they said it was migranes so we did the migrance medication, still he needed advil for the headaches..

No more headaches. Inflammed untreated sinuses can be very dangerous..please look into that.

Thank you both for your reply. I did a dairy free diet for a month and I was very careful not to even eat bread with milk in it (or casein), I checked every label or ever meal I had and I did not felt any better, no difference.

I also did, tried, gluten free diet, but I could not go too far because my heart stated to beat really hard and I did not want to modify my thyroid dose, I understand that it affects absorption. I felt really bad after a week on the diet. I know  I don't have celiac, I was tested for that (endoscopy and biopsy). And no allergies to gluten, is there any other way to find out if I am intolerant to gluten? any other test that I can suggest to my doctor?

I forgot to mention that I went back to my dentist three times to get my night guard adjusted, I thought it was that, but it seems it is not. I even wanted to make an appointment to the head and TMJ clinic but my budget does not allow me that now.  My night guard it fitting well, dentists (I have seen a few) don't believe is that producing the pain. I also stopped wearing the appliance for a month and no change in the pain!
Thanks again.

I agree with Red Star.

I would say try a strict elimination diet.  Dairy is one possible offender for what you describe.  Also could be gluten...

Check your vitamin D levels.

Maybe also check with a good chiropractor or physio to make sure there's nothing alignment- or muscle- wise affecting things.

Food allergies show up on blood tests, food intolerances do not.  Lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance are more commonly mentioned intolerances that may be found with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. My mother had severe 24/7 post nasal drip for many years. Besides numerous visits with her doctor, she also mentioned this symptom to 4 ENT specialists (went to these 4 specialists for another condition), had allergy testing and was given numerous medications from nasanex to anti allergy medication with no answer and no relief.

One day my mother and i decided to eat an icecream and within minutes we both sneezed - at the same time lol! (we both have Hashimoto's btw). More notably, her post nasal drip went into overdrive - a eureka moment!  So she went on a strict dairy free diet and around 6 months perhaps (not sure of the exact time) this symptom went away.  My mother knows when she has eaten too much dairy when the post nasal drip starts to return. At this point, she stops eating all dairy until the post nasal drip goes away (about a week or slightly longer).
