What should Thyroide TSH and free t4 and free t3 for the age of 32 male?

My report is ...TSH= 0.8ml  ref (0.4- 5)  where free t4 serum is 1.31ng  ref (0.7- 1.85)and my free t3 is 3.17pg..ref (1.67-3.54)...Is this normal?...I am under weight since many years...47kg male..32male...5.5 height...Have very delayed digestion problem. No weight gain?

Tariq4... your thyroid hormone levels are high normal.  Recommended level for Free T4 is 50% of range; yours is 53% of its range, which is just tad higher than recommended, but nothing to worry about.  Recommended level for Free T3 is upper half to upper third of its range; your Free T3 is at 80% of its range.  That might be a little too high for you.  

Do you have any symptoms of hyperthyroidism, such as rapid heart rate, heart palpitations, weight loss for no reason, hand tremors, mood swings, etc.

Have you been tested for diabetes as a cause for your delayed weight gain?  Have you seen a gastroenterologist to determine a cause for the delayed digestion problem?
