I think doctors wants TSH 0,3 - 2 in pregnancy, but after a malignant tumor and no thyroid, usually TSH should be suppressed. TSH is released by the pitutary to tell your thyroid (which you do not have) to make these hormones, so what is really important is your free T4 and free T3, those are the levels.They should be in the hyperside during pregnancy ( in the upper 1/2 to 1/3 of your lab ranges ).
