What should be my next step after this?

I did my reports yesterday.
My Sr. FREE T3 is 3.10
Sr. FREE T4 is 1.20
Sr. TSH is 0.947
Sr. ANTI THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODY is 198.1 .
I showed it to my MD doctor he said I need to show it to specialized doctor. Are there any specialized doctor for this? What exactly is the problem? What is the next step I should do?

An endocrinologist  is a specialized doctor for thyroid conditions.

The problem, as indicated by they Anti Thyroglobulin Antibody test (TgAb) is that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which  is an autoimmune thyroid condition that eventually destroys the thyroid so it no longer produces adequate hormones, causing you to be hypothyroid.

We need to know the reference ranges for the Free T4 and Free T3 because reference ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  It appears that your levels are still good, so a doctor may not recommend any treatment, at this point. Eventually, you  will require replacement hormone medication, as we can't live without thyroid hormones.

Do you have any symptoms of hypothyroidism?  These could include weight gain, constipation, fatigue, muscle/joint aches/pains, hair loss, puffiness in the face, especially under the eyes, swelling/edema of the hands/feet, anxiety, depression, mood changes, brain fog, menstrual issues and more.
