a little exofthalmos...

hello to all, i have graves since 2008 but the last 6 months all the levels of hormones are normal and i stopped the meds , about 8 months or so i noticed that my right eye was balding. i went to the doctor and i got 2 months of cortizone which made a little difference but after i stopped it the eye came out again. then i friend told me that acupuncture the tradditional chinese medicine might help so i went and saw results after not many sessions , the eye got better but after 2 months i got the same eye problem again, getting cortizone it not an option acupuncture is helping me a lot but i wanted to ask the following: how long will it take for the eyes to stable before i get a cosmetic surgery ? it has been active the eye disorder for about a year. i repeat that the hormone levers are normal for 6 months now
