am i hyper or hypo thyroid?

my TSH level test shows the result 14.0. i wanted to know am i hypothyroid or hyperthyroid?

You are very likely hypo-thyroid.
TSH = Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, your pitutary is telling your tyroid to get busy because there is not enough thyroid hormone in your system, T4 & T3and/or Free T4 & Free T3.
The final determination should be made by a doctor.
