Is it best to take Armour every day as opposed to every other day? Does this matter?

well i have hypothyroid but i've always just determined my own dosage, and my tests usually show that my thyroid is within normal range, so my doc is ok with that.
i'm worried that i might need to up the dosage because i've been suffering from depression lately and weight gain.

Always take it as your Dr. prescribes. Sometimes it is best to split up your dose into 2 times a day.
