bloodwork

by glenekent, Oct 14, 2008 10:31PM
My endocrinologist states the average reading for a pituitary bloodwork is 30 something. Mine was .8. Awaiting approval from the insurance company for a Cat scan. Does this mean a tumor? The insurance companies first and only response so far is that this number is inconclusive. Comments?

This discussion is related to abnormal thyroid readings on blood test.

Hi, I'm not very good with pituitary stuff, but wait for Stella to see your post, she's real good with it. And you don't say which pituitary tests the recording of 30 is for? If you know could you post it as it will help with your replies. Good luck!
