Can I taker my kelp tablets when I take glucosamine
Thanks for getting back to me. I take kelp tablets because I was told they are good for thinning hair. Indeed my hair has become noticeably a lot thicker since taking them. My thyroid is fine. I read somewhere that glucosamin can interfer with the absorbtion of other medicines and wondered whether it was ok to continue taking kelp and glucosamin at the same time.
My endocrinologist told me that kelp could do more harm than good. If you believe that there is something not right with your thyroid I would have it check be an endocrinologist to make sure it's ok.
