can u figure the problem

hi

i have  no problem other than over weight. I  found difficult to loose weight. I went for thyroid test. he re is  

T4- 7.1 within range
T3 -148 within range
thyroporosidase level 36.3 within range
TSH - 4.175  range is 0.350 to 4.00
Anti thyroglobulin level - 38.4  range 0-30

can u tell me do I have to take any treat ment or any further test. Very intellegent  student, little concern about health.

you need (or will need in the future) thyroid hormone replacement.  your tsh is a little high, suggesting subclinical hypothyroidism.  did you have free t3 and free t4 tested?
