Wish I could give you some advice on this, but am still waiting on some myself about the weight. I'm up a good 60 lbs over what I should be and can't get an ounce off even though I have no appetite and I try to be as active as a slug can possibly be. ;) If you find the magicMagic bullet bullet, let me know.
I know my doctor said that your metabolism has a lot to do with weight loss, have your doctor check yours mine was low and my doctor put me on vitamin d every day and it helped some. but she also gave me a diet plan of 1500 cal..from the web site www.yourweight.com this gives you choices and stuff and believe it or not I did lose a few pounds but now I have gone through my TT for thyrc and now preparing for RAI..so I'm not looking forward to this at all because since my surgery I had lost 11 pounds and she was very proud of me..She told me to eat 6 small meals a day and she did not care if I just walk three times a week right now that was better than nothing. and the most important thing is to eat breakfast and drink the water. I do not know if this works for everyone but I might be a start, before you try pills....Good Luck
About the diet pills....I have taken a bunch of stuff otc, and didn't realize how it was reacting with my meds and had me all screwed up. I would definitely talk to my dr if I was you about it first.
Good luck,
Dac
