tsh is 38.2   t3 is 1.15 I am concerned about the 38.2 tsh. Im having some night sweats and agitation and sleep very little.

What's the reference range on your T3 (ranges vary lab to lab and have to come form your own lab report), and is it FREE T3 or total T3.  If "free" or "FT3" isn't specified, it's total.

Did you have any further lab tests for thyroid?  FT4?  TPOab and TGab?

TSH of 38.2 is quite high and could indicate that you are hypo.

Do you have hypo symptoms?
